To the moderators again I ask when are you going to update the information in the "sticky" section. I have waited a month for you to update this with the proper info. The purpose of this form is to keep the customers updated, and you are not doing that.
Like in the topic "9r01 changes " have you given an answer to the question yet? The last post on that topic was a week ago asking for an update. And I am sure I could list a lot more, when are you going to step up to the plate and take care of the current customers before you chase new one's?
I believe in giving you the time to address the questions, but how long do we wait, a week, month, months or years? If it is so hard for you to answer the questions, how can we rely on the other end users to answer them for you? You should know your product better than anyone else so start showing it to the people that has spent their hard earned money on it.
Keep in mind the best customer that you have is the one that you had already.....

What I am asking about is simple, when a update is made to the software or tuner, should all enhancements and revisions to the tuner be listed out in the place “info about the u7131 tunerâ€

Yeah that could be done, we have had a hectic couple of months here so time has been an issue lately.

What happened to updating the "sticky" for u7131, it has been almost 2 months since this last post and what is going to happen with it?
