I need help on how to update my tuned

I have a diablosport u7140 tuner and I’m trying to update it. I have the pc kit 7778 which is good for all diablosport tuners I have the latest drivers downloaded for it but every time I connect it to my laptop it’s says not connected or no tool detected. I have a windows 10 laptop and I have tried everything and it still doesn’t work. It says no tool detected but when I go to device manager it says device working properly. Right now the tuner says application is corrupt or missing. Can someone please help me

gotta install the driver for the usb to serial cable.

I have the latest drivers installed. On diablosport website. I bought my pc kit on u7778 do you think it’s not recognizing the tool because it’s a faulty chipset. It says the device is working properly on the device manager but as soon as I go to DSdownloar it pops up no tool found or more stuff that shows it’s not connected. I have the band rate the same and flow control on hardware.
PS. How do I get the application is missing or corrupt message off my tuner

it wont find it if app is missing, you have to manually select the com port and 115200 for baud rate, then click update tool and select the .crom file you wish to send to the device.
