how to return a junk LMM tuner

I have struck out in all other directions, even with my last post.
So here I go again.
My 7186 LMM tuner was sent to me without the flash program, it wont do anything and I am not getting anyplace with RPM Outlet.
I have had two return calls but neither have amounted to anything.
They say I need to send it back to Diablo, Diablo says I need to send it back to them. I dont give a rats butt about finger pointing, all that was wanted is for a product to work or be replaced.
I have to say this is the worst customer service Ive had to endure.
After this exp with all the finger pointing, Can someone just tell me where I need to send this Fricken thing so I can get my money BACK!!
OR am I forced to do that nasty chicken shit credit card dispute so it yanks the money from your account and we fight over it for the next two months!
You people do understand you sent out a box that isnt programmed for any vehicle and no one will climb off there butts and do anything about it.

I finally got my programmer to work. RPM called me today and I didnt call them first.
Sales manager there found out what was wrong with my programmer and sent me the download needed, (not available on Diablo's website) loaded it and bling, thing works perfectly.
Funny how they work once a Crom file is loaded.
For the life of me i cant figure out Why Diablo couldnt send me the crom file and solve my issues. Why did they ask for the unit to be shipped 3,000 miles accross country when a 2 min download is all it needed.

I'm glad you got it working. Too bad it took so long for someone to step up. I would have expected Diablo to at LEAST talk to you about it. I'm getting more disapointed with them the more I read here.
