Data viewer and USB adapter (compueter w/o a serial port)

I followed the instruction, but it is not downloading my log.

I will try my work computer, which has a serial port tomorrow, but have you tested on a computer that does not have a serial port???

Yes we have, most new pc's and laptops do not come with one anymore. You just have to make sure you set it to use the correct COM port.

Where do I set the correct port on the Data Viewer?

I have downloaded tune to my predator, so I know which port I am using, but I cannot find port selection on the Data viewer.

I just tried on my work computer which has a serial port. It worked fine...

Mystery..... my home computer.... what else do I have to do.....?
