Hello.
I bought a new 2014 chevy Silverado 1500. Previous truck was a 2011. This tuner is good for 2011-2015. I tried plugging it into my new truck and hit the remove default vehicle button. Maybe i didnt do it right but now the screen stays black everytime i plug it in and a red light just flashes at me. I tried to plug it into my computer with no luck. Same issue. Someone Help!! Thanks in advance

try holding the left directional button while applying usb power and hold it until the device boots up.
if it works it will boot to the veh selection menu, and at that point you should open dsdownloader and let it connect to update the tool.
