r20 and r903 are idetical??

I have the r20 in now and the only objection I have is that I now have a scream from the turbo when hard accelerating. After reading all the bad posts on the r20 I have been waiting on a new one, however if ithe 03 is the same it would be nice to know so I don't spend the time reprogramming.
