Mine does the same thing, some codes it will read and some it won't . Have you done the KEY trick to get the codes? Turn the key to "run" 3 times and the codes will appear in the Odometer display.

You can try to clear the Try to clear the codes anyway. It might not read the codes, but it can still clear some of them.

I put my truck in the shop, I took off the programs, the boostfooler, and the puck, they told me cylinders 1,2,3 were not firing, they questioned me about the velcro on the fuse box, for the puck(i fogot to take off)they asked if I had any kind of box on the truck, I told them I was the only owner of truck and had never had a box on there, I revised the predator about 2weeks ago with the new revision so I hope key counts are not going to be an issue, but can any one give me some words of advise so when they trow questions at me I know what the answer needs to be.
Thanks

with only 2 weeks of the new version your "key counts" are going to be low, they may ask about that. Tell them you reset the computer trying to fix the problem. I believe (but I am not positive) all you need to do for that is to disconnect the battery for a few (10-15) minutes.

Not sure they could "prove" anything. If thay don't see it attached I don't see how they could...
