Predator flash tuner -10 issue

So I just bought the predator flash tuner. Hooked it for the first time and got the error code -10 saying can’t save stock settings. So then I took it to the ford service department and they reprogrammed my cm and then I tried to do it again and still gives me same message. Any advice on what I need to do?
