2015 Taurus SHO

Hello, just installed the I3 tuner running a 91 Octane basic tune and a K&N typhoon air intake. Car runs fine under normal driveing conditions but when you lay into it it seems hesitant and I also keep getting a code p3400 with the tune and without. Is there any insight?

Figured out my issue,1/4 Hose coming from boost control solenoid was removed from pipes
