2014 Jeep SRT Cal update issue

I need to update my calibration for my 2014 Jeep GC SRT but it wont on the DS Downloader. When I plug it in and try to update it goes to about 7300bytes and fails and says it needs a firmware update. I have the 0535871AI and it says I need 0535871AD. Can any one help me with this. PS I am running the latest software update on your site.

on the trinity, whats the part and version shown under options.show information?

please try using dsdownloader to load this file to the device then select the vehicle and try tuning again.
