try loading a different tune in the truck last night and while it was loading it stopped. wouldnt do the tune. tried to load original back up in and it gave me message that it didnt recognize the vin pcm/tcm. now the truck will not start and i have numerous error codes on my instument panel screen. what can i do to fix this? do i need to have it towed and reflashed? worked fine the first time i loaded a tune about a month ago. need help asap....

give us a call so we can try to get it up and running or get it in to be recovered if needed.

what do you mean by "get it in to recovered"? i had it towed to the dealer this morning.. and talked to the service guy. hopefully they can just reflash it and not have to replace... is my tuner now junk that it wont recognize anything?

the pcm was blank, by recovered mean get it back to life...
device can be reset.
DO NOT try to use it in the vehicle until we have reset it please.

ok, so i took the truck to the dealer and they were able to do the reflash. thankfully it only cost me one hour labor... how do i go about getting the tuner reset back to original? i plugged into my laptop and seen where i can do a force reset but i need a password from you guys. i can post the key or email it to you if you need it.
thanks for your help. also any idea on why it goofed up in the first place? do they have a safety shutoff or something after messing with the tuner for an extended time while plugged into truck?

Please give us a cal with the device powered up so we can reset it for you.

thanks so much for your assistance on here helping to rectify the issue i had with my truck... Also want to give props to your tech support guy Paul.. he was a pleasure to work with on the phone and very helpful... You guys are top notch and you have a customer for life...
