Need help identifying a chip.

I have a delta chip that I'm unable to identify. Is there any marking that are specific to certain chips?

On the top of the canister it comes in it says:
LGA2PRFX-4BANK
03 DEC 2003 #669

Most chips are the same, either red or black.
They can be flashed by our CMR dealers.
