shift adjustments

why doesn't my tuner have any options for adjusting shift firmness? I keep reading about modifying the tunes, example 87 octane tune, go into the setting to modify the tune and there is nothing for adjusting anything to do with shifting.

Trans support can vary from vehicle to vehicle...

It's a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500.

is it a 6 speed or 8 speed?
Either way, we have never offered any shift firmness options here.
Messing with shift pressures on the 6 speed can lead to terrible results.

It's an 8 speed. Are there any settings to change the firmness for this tranny? I find it way too soft.

Unfortunately we dont offer trans control for this application so theres not much that can be done to adjust that.
