intuner STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!!

I have been back and forth with customer service and getting real frustrated with this tuner and the hrs of getting it to work....

Car is a 2000 Trans Am with following done to it
1)Texas Speed Long Tube Headers and Off Road Pipe
2)SLP air intake
3)410 gears in rear

Automatic tranny with 350 ls1

Ive sent the backup file and the info file and still no resolution..

Keeps telling me PCM has been tuned before by a DiabloSport product. Please email the PCM_09381344fg-Backup DiabloTune file in /tunes to [email protected]

I have done that and done all the updates and downloaded a new registry file and still doesnt work!!!

Here again is my backup and info file PLEASE STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND HELP ME RESOLVE THIS..

Ok...it is finally letting me tune the car with the updated file you guys sent me.. issue now is. I can NOT adjust for new gears in rear went from 342 to a 410 gear set. doesnt have option just tiresize option and that doesnt do anything speedo is still way off

please load the tune and then post the backup and last tune written file from the tunes folder here so we can edit the gears for you.
