Alright guys this is my issue and cant seem to make it work. every time i plug the t1000 to the computer the light sequence will show up and boot up the t1000 without giving me the option to connect to PC. i downloaded all the programs and still no avail. i am a bit frustrated maybe you guys know something i don't.

confirm the driver for the trinity is installed and showing up in the device manager before DSDL will connect to it.
