ATS tune not available for intune i1000

Hello, I have an Intune i1000 from 01/2013. I attempted to update it to tune my 2013 Cadillac ATS 3.6L. It originally said it updated. I attempted to tune the vehicle but the intune stated it did not support my vin. I attempted to update it again by using the update software i downloaded from the website. It says there is an update available but my intune does not have enough space for it.
What am i doing wrong or missing here?
