really struggling with update here.

trying to update my I1000 and having a hell of a time. updater will make it through writing the updates and get to where it says "your update is now being installed, please follow the instructions displayed on your device." it goes to the preparing screen on the intune and has the loading circle but wont go any further. have tried it quite a few times with same results. any suggestions?
