7.3 powerstroke problems

Tried to download Trans shift points on my U7170 this weekend and I lost everything including my CROM file need help.

How did this happen?
If the crom is gone, just reload the update.

I will try when I get off of work, but I am sure I tried this weekend and nothing happen. Tool tells me that a crom file is needed. This is the first time I have tried to download an update so it is all me and not Diablosport. Will the new update get me trans shift options
