My Trinity says it does not support my factory programming so it needs to downgrade it. It also says that Tool updates might be available and in fact I see that there are. I currently have 1r13i, and 1r13k is available for on the download page. However, I get Fatal Errors when I click on the download link.

Any help?

Here’s the error message I am still getting:

Just called tech support. No attempt to assist or troubleshoot other than to say the manual download links will not help, the auto update should work, and I have no choice other than to use an out of date downgraded factory calid as the base programming.

The tech got frustrated with my questions and hung up on me. Didn’t even want my current calid to confirm it’s not supported. What a company.

1r13k will still ask to downgrade unfortunately. It still supports the same calibrations.
1r13l is the latest for 05-10 models, attached here.

It’s a 2014 Ram 1500 with a 5.7 Hemi and an 8-speed transmission. My factory PCM calid is 68153790AK.

Can you let me know when 1r13i will be replaced to recognize the newer factory programming on the 2014 Rams? The latest updates I had installed on my 2014 were due to factory recalls, I suspect other customers of Diablo will soon be looking for an update to 1r13i as well. I prefer not to downgrade my factory programming.

The t1000 no longer gets updates at this time.

No, T2 supports the AE version as well.

When can we expect T2 to support AK, or can’t we?
