2002 Chevy Trailblazer 4.2L I6 fuel economy booster

Does, or will D-Sport (or anyone else) have something that will substantially increase my fuel economy? Right now I get 16 MPG downhill in a windstorm and I drive about 42k a year for work. Any help would be appreciated.
