2016 Jeep Wrangler Tuning

I have a fairly well built 2016 Wrangler with the 3.6L engine.
I have been having some issues with throttle control while in low range.
The issue seems to happen when I try to climb an obstacle. It feels like torque management or traction control is turning off the power. I can floor it and nothing happens.
I found that if I roll onto the throttle just right it will allow the RPM's to climb. But it is not predictable or consistent.
I have made sure that traction control is off. I also have a kill switch for the ABS/ESP system that doesn't seem to help.
Does Diablo Sport offer any tuning that will solve this issue?
Here are a few videos that show the issue. You can hear the engine noise change when it happens. Almost like there is a cylinder being killed or timing being changed.
