I have a 2014 ram 1500 I'm trying to tune. However, when the tuner in connected it displays "pcm calibration might need update". When the intune in plugged into a pc it says no updates available. Please advise. Thank you.

are you using the old i2 updater program?
You should install the update agent software from our website and use that,it will download the update for the vehicle.

Ignition Updater is not detecting my intune. Open program, tells me to plug in device to check for updates. I plug in the intune and it never detects, eventually the updater times out and tells me to try again.
