04 chevy tahoe 5.3L

Hi, I have a 04 tahoe with 5.3 L vortec. I have installed a Volant cold air intake and spintech cat back exhaust. just got my diablo sport. I programmed the 87 octane tune in but I have not noticed much of a difference. Does someone know the actual HP increase for the 87 tune? What other perameters does the 87 tune change? Only reason I am hesitent to use the 92 tune is because of gasoline prices. Also, once I go 92 I really dont want to be bouncing back and fourth from 87 to 92.

The 87 tune does not necessarily provide big gains in power, rather you will notice an improvement in low end torque and throttle response with an improvement in mileage as well.
