2013 Chrysler 300C 5.7
Reset the car back to stock so I could sell my car today and now it does not start afterward. So irritated with this product and their support.
Restore code

Any quick help would be appreciated as my car is stuck in the middle of the driveway now.

This is the code listed on the tuner when I go into the restore menu. I believe I need another code from Diablo to activate the restore on it. Of course they are closed now and do not list any after hours support.

I called tech support this morning. He confirmed that the PCM was locked up and needed to be restored. After getting the restore password the vehicle is back in operation. Vehicle sat dead all weekend for a 30 second fix. Irritating.

Now here is what I do not understand... This is obviously a common issue with this company. Id bet Mikel has that response as a quick button reply since he sends it so often. Knowing these tuners can lock up a vehicle that requires a restore, why is this a password protected function that requires support from a company that has limited availability!?

Regardless Ive learned my lesson and will not be using or recommending these products in the future.

that force restore is a powerful tool.
If you connect to a vehicle its NOT married to and tell the device to force the backup, it will write whatever its holding to whatever its connected to...that would likely cause more dead vehicles than the random flash failure unfortunately.
