Questions About 2008 Shelby GT 350 (NOT 500)

I have a "stock" 2008 Shelby GT 350.

I ordered the Predator that supports the 2008 Mustang V6, GT, and Shelby 500. My question is, what's the difference between the Mustang GT factory tune, and what Shelby has done to the car? Does this model require a custom tune, or will the GT tune be the same for the Shelby GT?

That's the one I got

Anyone have any suggestions on how long I should run my new Shelby before I flash it, its only at 800miles now.

You should be able to flash it right now. There shouldnt be any issues. Even at 800 miles, thats long enough for that motor to be fully broke in. If it were my car, I would throw the tune to it, and drive it like you stole it. Enjoy!
