I have had my U7186 SN197920 (registered) since I bought my truck brand new in 2006 and until 2 days ago it had performed flawlessly. However, when I plug it in to the OBD II port it does not power up, boot or anything. My predicament is I usually run the 85HP performance economy tune, which is what is loaded now. However, I farm so I occasionally have to tow 10-14k so I use the tow tune. I never use my stock tune because my truck is now out of warranty, so I basically I switch back and forth between tow and 85HP. Can my current tuner be repaired? Replaced? Traded in toward a newer version? I need a recommendation on how to proceed. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter. FYI I submitted a support request as well but have not received a reply yet.

Thanks a million. I cannot believe it was something that simple. I was in a full blown panic. Now I am back up and running. I appreciate the tech support even though I bought my programmer 13 years ago.
