U7142 predator incompitable hardware

hey i tried to update my diablosport predator and now it has " incompatible hardware " on the screen. I have a 2003 mustang cobra and im just trying to get my original tune off the predator to e-mail it. dont really know what to do and the help line is closed. any help would be appreciated stock 7r12 maybe rev01
