Can the T@ be repaired? Mine won't update, accept a custom tune, errors out, times out, doesn't seem to be taking WiFi settings, asks constantly if I want to set up wifi, etc. It seems like a software glitch, but, as I mentioned, I can't update it. I'm hoping I can get it repaired and I don't have to lay out another $600.

Maybe the tool can be reset?

I have emailed DS, just thought maybe I'd get a quicker response here, and someone is smarter than me and maybe help.

Sure, its under warranty for a year. Give us a call, lets see if we can get it going without sending it in.
