2018 Ford F150 3.5L Ecoboost - Wrench Light

Post by tlauchert1 »

I have a stock 2018 F150 and the i3 Platinum. I am trying to install the 93 octane tune, but as soon as I adjust the tire size for my 33's, it throws the Wrench light on my dash. I cannot clear the code with the diagnostic tool. Please help. The 93 octane tune loads in fine, but I cannot get rid of the wrench light......

Wyatt reported this to me when you called in the other day, our engineering team is looking into it.

Mike:

It's been 5 days since I've heard anything about this? My truck is still in limp mode from your programmer. Where do we go from here?

Are you saying that reloading the stock tune does not get rid of the light?
I was unaware of that and I apologize if thats the case.
Please confirm.

If that is the case, please try programming the stock tire size and see if that helps.
