Lack of Support Bad Business

Post by nsbohn »

How do you sell a "premium" product at a price like this, and I can't even get the damn thing to connect to your Auto Update/Ignition software and there's no evening or weekend support?

Seriously, if no one is available to help me troubleshoot this problem after 5:00 Eastern, or on a weekend, I'm returning it and buying a competitor's product.

Someone call me. 813-895-1717

sorry to hear you are having difficulty with the update, this is usually a case of the driver not installing.
Please feel free to give us a call or I'll try to work with you here if you'd like.

Competitors product? Who, SCT? They’re the same company. Both are Powerteq/Holley. Pretty sure they don’t have night or weekend support either. Not many aftermarket companies do.
