2011 Ford Raptor Not Supported

I have a 2011 Ford Raptor and a Trinity T1000. I have updated the machine and it is telling me that my truck is not supported. Not sure what happen or what we can do to fix it. Hopefully someone can help.

T1000 gives me a Cal Id number and says update may be available.

Please do, or give me the version info from the device and the calibration it says is not supported.

The calibration ID is BBHN2J3. What has happened to now not have this truck supported. Thank you for your help.

on the device, go to options.show information and tell me the listed part and version please.
