I need to tune my jeep but cannot as the tuner says its needs an update. Ive tried several of the suggested fixes Ive seen reading the forum including dragging files over. The ignition update recognizes the tuner and tries to update but the tuner keeps saying that it cant install "update_group1" Theres no file that i can delete, Ive made sure to show hidden files and still nothing.

Also, I cant download the file DCX Tune 1r01f. When I click it the page just reloads and no download. I think the link is broken.

the device is not currently asking for an update, what is the exact error when you try to tune it?
And, are you running a RIPP supercharger?
