Fuel Mileage/Black Smoke

I have a 2006 F250 using the 9r03 download. Am getting 13+ MPG on the 65HP tune and 16MPG on the 100HP tune with plenty of black smoke thru 1st & 2nd.
Is there any custom tunes or downloads available that would improve MPG and decrease the black smoke?

I get about 13-15mpg on the 65hp tune, 14-18 mpg on the tow tune, and 20 on the 100hp tune in the city. I take it easy in the city since I didn't live that far from work. Went on a little trip thru the mountains and got 20 mpg on the 65hp tune doing from 75-80 mph. Now that I am towing my trailer (7500lbs) I get 12 mpg at 70 mph and 9 from 75-80 mph. Still working on a way to get better mileage.
