I have a custom tune for my 1999 SS that you sent me a while back. It is installed in my car right now. If I were to re-install the factory tune will the custom tune stay in my predator or will I have to load it again from my PC back into the predator?

No, reinstalling the backup will erase the custom tune.
You should have a copy of it saved to your computer from when you first loaded it.
