u7140 C&L tune no more??

I updated my diablo 7140 with the 05-9r01 and the C&L tune is gone?? had the r37 tune.
is the new tunes the same as th C&L tune was?
with the new 91 tune it doesn't seem to have the same HP.
what do you reccomend,

can you email me the r38/r37 i don't have it anymore
why can i not upload the cl r28 for the c&l tunes??
