Question about intune i-1000 I'm buying

Hello all and thanks in advance. I feel I already know the answer to this question but wanted to verify: I can purchase an intune i-1000 from a guy, but he claims it is specific to 2010-2013 Chevy Camaro SS - 2012 ZL1. I see no special markings and he's not local so I can't try plugging it into my 2006 Dodge Magnum to see if it will work. He has proved that it is unmarried though.

I just want to make sure: There are no vehicle specific intune i-1000s except for the DCX version, correct? the intune that this guy is selling should work for my 2006 Dodge magnum R/T AWD.
