the customer service on this site is not all that it should be i want sopme tunes and need some help and not one person will help me or reply i ave emailed and put up forum posts whats the deal

Try these steps:

1. Include model # of Predator Tuner.
2. Include Year, engine, and transmission of truck.
3. Include CalID of Predator.

I am not saying this will get you any quicker response, but by including the above info, you might encounter someone who has same issue that can help. If not, the support people here will ask for it too!!

Tech support is online Mon-Thu 9-7 EST, Fri 9-5 EST. They were closed for Memorial Day. Your first post was after midnight on a Fri, so the first opportunity for staff to answer your question will be today.

Honestly, I mean you sent me emails asking how to get more smoke, and included no info on what year/make/model you were asking about?

A little info goes a long way...

As for getting more smoke, well most people say they dont want smoke, or have too much already, so its a tough one to figure out.
If there is something that can be done ina tune, I'll look into it and let you know.
