2013 Explorer Sport stumbled at WOT with 93 tune

I was taking a friend for a test drive last night and the EX was running good until we were on the way way back and i went WOT one last time from almost a stop. It was about the time the explorer shifted from 3-4 it was almost like complete power loss so my immediate reation was to let off throttle. It was like the tranmission missed a shift or similiar. This was the first time this happened. I switched to the 87 tune when i got home in case some of the parameters were just set to aggressive on the 93.
