Missing Backup file on Trinity T100

Hi guys, I´m facing a couple of issues with my Trinity T100.
First of all, I´m trying to update my Trinity with the lasted version on the web page, when my computer is transferring the data to the Trinity it got stuck. I tried do to this several times but got same result.
I´m using a windows 7 PC and I have the lastest version of the downloader..

In the other hand, I own a Camaro ss 2015, but my pervious Trinity got stolen with the back up file. Now when I try to connect the new trinity is asking me that needs to create the backup file with the original settings... I don´t have it..

Please advise.

need to take your car to your chevy dealer and have them flash the ECM/TCM modules back to factory stock GM programming...

then you'll be able to use your "new" trinity t1000 on it...
