Hi
If you guys did something for the 2017 - 2019 Cadillac XT5 (or similar like the GMC Acadia) that did nothing other than allow you to shut off DOD/AFM and Start/Stop, I would pay full boat for the license file in a heartbeat.
Thanks for your time.

Nope.. auto stop/start is a hybrid system.. no vehicle with that is supported, and won't be... Hell, I have a 2016 Cruze that has the auto stop/start, and they don't support that either..

Its possible we may have something like the sprint/marathon that plugs into the OBDII port that will disable ASS (see what I did there?

) in the future.

Actually....here you go
https://rangetechnology.com/start-stop/
Range is the newest member of the Powerteq family, and I'm glad to see this product already exists.
Disables Stop/Start for all GM eAssist and Start/Stop vehicles!
The Range Start/Stop Disabler does not reprogram your factory ECU.
Leaves no trace. Unplug it to return to factory settings
Fits all V6 and V8 General Motors (GM) Auto Start/Stop vehicles, includes cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Will that work on the 2.0T on the Equinox? It’s kinda pricey for what it does, but still, half what a tune costs.

Yup, any GM with ASS....
I hated ASS on the 2.0T, its terrible, no 4 cyl likes to shut off and start back up like that, and considering I experienced it in a Cadillac made it all the worse as it just made for a rough/crappy experience at every stop sign. The V8 stuff isnt as bad but still, one of the absolute worst automotive 'technologies' to be dreamed up
