inTune DCX (i-1000-DCX) NEED HELP

I got this and I was on the phone for about two hours trying to fix the PCM calibration then it says not available for my car. I updated it and checked it and everything please help.

you got that message on the update agent software?
please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.
