I2 error when trying to tune

After clicking “tune vehicle” there is a message displayed on the screen saying, “this vehicle is currently not supported; an update may be required. Please plug this device into a PC to download any updates.” I’ve already updated the tuner and I still receive this message. Is it on the vehicle end or the computer?

please post the info.xml file from the USB drive so we can check it out.
