T-1000 Won't save original back-up (Error -14)

Bought an unlocked PCM from Holley performance in Florida that has the 93 tune installed. Everytime I try to save original backup, I get error code -14 after 2 attempts to install tune with it saying "this may happen if the PCM already has a tune installed". What do I need to do to get this married to my car? And I have already done a Calupdate on my tool.
Vehicle Info below
2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack

Tool info:
Part: DCX_gas_15
Version: v.1r23e
Bootloader version: 0.0

this is your first time trying to tune with this pcm and tuner?
Have you used tuned this pcm with any other software?

I just got the PCM yesterday (*Edit, actually it was Monday) from Holley/Powerteq in Florida and installed it this morning. I bought it through Tapped performance in Texas though. He had it dropped shipped to my house instead of his garage. Car runs fine with the preloaded tune from Holley/powerteq on the PCM, I just need to get it married to my T-1000 so custom tuning will be possible.
The tool was used for my 2014 Ram but I reset/installed the factory backup when I sold it, and this reset the T-1000 to factory state.
Under tool info, my car VIN number is coming up. Now I did use this tool to erase CEL caused by my active exhaust valves with the factory PCM installed. Could this be a problem even though I never tried to marry it because I knew that it couldn't be married with the encrypted factory PCM? Also, I still have the factory PCM as well in my garage.
Thanks,
Charlie
Edited...Added some pics...Sorry they're huge and flipped sideways lol!

theone that says cal update not saved is new to me.
Any idea what it says under more info on that error?
Can you give us a call so we can try resetting the device and forcing it to load a fresh stock file to the pcm?
Thanks

Alright I'm back again with the sane tool...Here is the problem I'm having now...It seems it wont recognize my PCM anymore although it still has the original file still for this car...
When I plug it in, it keeps asking me to select the vehicle over and over again...I put it in demo mode just so I can look at the information,it shows my VIN number etc etc but when I look at the last tune written, it says this tool is not married to a vehicle then proceeds to get me to put in my vehicle information, when I do this it goes into a loop over and over again...Right now I have a tune loaded in my PCM...I was just going to look and see if there was an update for my tool but keeps saying I need to put the original file back on my car before I can proceed...I try that and like I said, it doesn't recognize my car anymore...
I do have the original file on my PC saved...And I haven't went to the dodge dealer or anything so I know it's not been flashed or anything.
Any help is appreciated...
