Hi There.
I have purchased an I3, and when I plug it into my car it says that the car is not supported.
I plugged it into my laptop and did all the updates, and tried again. But it still says the same thing.
Any idea what I should try?
Thanks

Re: 2012 Chrysler 200 Not Supported
seems like a communication issue to me.
Confirm its talking, try to check for codes, etc.
Make sure ignition in RUN mode.
Thanks

Hi Mike
Thanks for the reply.
I can scan for codes and run logs without issue, but tune still says vehicle not supported
Ignition is for sure in RUN mode.

Has it been to a dealer since you last programmed it with the tuner?

Hi Mike
Helluva good question. Yes it has.
I took the car in about a month ago for an airbag recall.
I didn't even think about them re-flashing the ECU. Thought it was just a remove and replace.
So what are my options? Is there a way to reset the I3 to factory?
