2008 f250 xtreme tune

I have a 2008 f250 SD and would like to use the xtreme tune, however the truck is stock. Diablo recommends a 5 " exhaust if I run this tune will there be any problem. I'm running the economy tune right now and the truck definitely has woken up. I'm very happy with this tuner but dont want to hurt my baby! If I do run this tune is there any tell tale signs to stop using the xtreme tune. I bought this tuner for the economy setting but from what I'm reading I will get more mileage with the xtreme tune. Murphy is not my friend and I dont like his law!

If you want to use the extreme tune for mileage, then keep your foot out of it and you will be fine, its when you use the extreme tune in an extreme manner that you have to keep an eye on things...
