i3 Platinium 09 GC 5.7 modify canned tune

Hello,
I have the canned 87 tune and am in the modify tune section
Setup is: i3 Platinum 09 GC 5.7 QDII modify canned tune
I have the throttle boost at 10% and the tire size set to match the numbers on the sidewall (265/70-17)

Is there Throttle boost built into your 87 tune?
With my setup it feels like it is shifting early and makes around town driving sluggish/jerky as it doesn't quite make it to the powerband.

It got me looking at this. Can you help me understand this part.

Shift points
2-3 10% app
1-2 15% app
2-3 20% app
1-2 25% app

Lastly is there a full user manual of what is available to me for my specific vehicle or recommended step by step tuning procedure.
