i1000 to predator2

my i1000 threw a po700 and po601 code, (LIMP MODE) and now it wont let me return to stock. I have a predator 2 that i wont to put on the vehicle but its missing a calibration file and it said it needed to be updated but it has already been updated. Is there anyway i could install the P2 without removing the i1000
