i3 tunner for my chrysler 300 can not read backup file

Hi there,

Last night I have tried to update my i3 and get it tune to my car, some how it got stuck to recovery mode, but my car still start and run. Diablo support helped me to recover the i3, but now i can not get it tune to my car again, it keeps saying reading backup file failed

Please help

what year is this 300?
if its an 05, update the device and try again please.
