Help with retuning

Hello,
I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado 4.8. I tuned my truck back to stock so Best Buy could install a kenwood radio and back up camara. Now I am trying to reinstall a 93 Octane custom that Lewis did back in 2015. The hand held tuner keeps on giving me errors. I emailed Lewis for help and he said pull the radio fuse and the ignition wires. I pull the radio fuse, but the hand help keeps giving me errors. I have no idea how to pull the radio ignition wires off since Best Buy did the installing. Is there another way to fix this problem.
Thanks,
Raphael

don't need a data log.. need to know what the actual error messages are on the intune screen when you try to reinstall the tunes...

Ok. The tuner say “An unexpected error has occurred. Please wait while a failure log is created.” I press continue and the screen say failure has been stored and press continue. After that the tuner just freezes up.

I'd start by updating the device.
See if that helps.

The hand held tuner doesn’t let me update. The inTune software say “could not get file from the web. cdrom-1r01w.itf, 0. When I click continues the software say “This inTune is up to date.”
Here is the firmware info in side the inTune.
Application: 1r04i

Ford Tune Db: 1r02a(ok)
GM Tune Db: missing(c)

are you using update agent to update it or the old i2 updater?

When I connect the inTune to the computer. It takes a long time to connect, but when it syncs it gives me a hard drive error. After 30 second it connects, but gives me the “could not get file from the web. cdrom-1r01w.itf, 0” error. I click on the inTune exe file software and click on the update link on the software. It gives the same error again. I don’t know if it helps that I have the InTune i100 if that helps you diagnose the problem better. Also should I do a factory reset on InTune to make or again?

that message comes from the old intune updater.
Please install and use the update agent software from our downloads page and update it that way.

The update worked and now I can install the custom tune. Now a new problem came up. Everything is going will with the custom tune installation. I get an error for the TCM. The inTune recorded the error problem, but when is done recording it froze. Now I’m worried. I’m try to put everything back to stock, but the inTune keeps on freezing up. Can I still drive the truck with out installing the TCM tune? Help!!!
