I have a 2010 Charger SRT running version v.1t13id on the tool. I did some heavy mods about 5 years ago and did some serious CMR tuning and stopped using the tool. Had some engine mods done recently which req'd a new tune; however, I cannot get the tool to connect to my computer.

I'm running Win 10, build 1903. Have installed DSDL v 2.5.0.14, and DS USB Drivers v 2.3. *I have not tried swapping the USB cord yet*

The device powers on and able to get any and all information under the option menu if needed. In device manager on my computer, I do not see anything related to Diablosport. I see an Intel Active Management Tech - SOL using COM port 3. I've tried switching the port thinking this may be taking priority over the tool, but no luck.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

It was the cable.

There are cables that only have the capability for charging which will not work. If you lost the original cable that came with the Trinity search for a sync and charge cable
